This unique hoodie is made with super soft woven blue fabric and a green stretchy athletic style fabric.  Comfy, cozy and ready to be lived in!  The fit is longer to be more like a 'tunic' or 'dress' style.  The pocket is nice and big and the fabric has a nice stretch to it for extra comfort.  The cowl style neck line serves as an amazing wind and cold barrier with the hood up.  
 
It is not a turtle neck, its a turtle shell.
